Individual Coaching Program

 

This is what we are all about, because all of the best planning and good intentions are for naught if there are not congruent actions. Your coach will meet with you every week (or other pre-arranged schedule) to work on every area of your business that needs improvement. Quite simply, you have no choice other than to move forward!

 

The program focuses on your greatest professional and personal needs. We can address the Top 10 Areas of Coaching or other areas. Most clients are business owners, CEOs, or other business executives.

 

We do not bill by the hour. Each coaching program has a fixed monthly investment with an unconditional value guarantee. Your coach becomes your trusted ally in accompllishing your goals. 

 

All ongoing coaching clients receive unlimited access to their coach by email, phone, or text.

3Facet Group Coaching Program

 

For those business owners and CEOs who want to get a taste of coaching or don’t feel that they can afford the investment in the individual program, we also offer a group format for you and 4-9 leadership team members or other business owners. This is a 4-10 month program and is affordable in ANY budget. In the 3FACET program, you will meet regularly with your group. Your coach will facilitate each meeting and then meet with you for a one-to-one coaching session between each group session. All ongoing coaching clients receive unlimited access to their coach by email, phone, or text.
